I had an excellent experience buying my Atlas at this dealership. But the service department is a crap shoot. I brought my Atlas in for the first oil change. So I bring it in a couple of days later and was told it will take 4-5 hours. So I leave it first thing with them in the morning so I can pick it up after lunch. I get here after lunch and not done. I ask if there was a problem and all I got was fish kisses blown at me. Seven hours later I am still waiting. Don’t come here for service!! More
