Very professional experience.
Sivan was very helpful and explained how everything worked. I am very happy with the new Tiguan and the experience.

Very unprofessional when they eat breakfast or lunch
during a car checkin. Didn't get a good feeling of what to do when l dropped the car off. Stood at my car until l had to ask what to do.
