About an hour test drove the car like the car put an offer on the car and bought the car about an hour and a half, which is great. I was disappointed with my service this time at Sherwood VW. I had called and booked in for an oil change and the multi point inspection , which I was very specific to book and made sure to confirm a couple VW. I had called and booked in for an oil change and the multi point inspection , which I was very specific to book and made sure to confirm a couple of times that I was booked for the inspection ( we have had this with previous oil changes and they have been very thorough, I like to do it yearly to keep up with maintenance, last one was at Southgate and they were awesome). I was assured I was booked for the inspection and oil change. When I picked my car up and asked for the report the lady said I would need to contact the service desk the next day for it, so I did , and never heard anything. I reached out again, and after a bit of a run around, I found out I couldn’t get one because they didn’t do it. I am very frustrated about this. I drove my car 2 1/2 hours ( one way!) from home for a simple oil change, which is completely ridiculous. I was very disappointed with my service here. More
