The next day the Sales Manager Steve Molinelli reached out to me by email apologizing for the poor service I had received and asked to make it right and agreed on a price and said I could come pick it up Monday. I call today to send him proof that I had the bank draft and he tells me it's sold and off the lot. What a joke. Brutal service. Salespeople have a reputations for being low life xxxx and Volkswagens dishonesty has caught up to them as well but these guys take it to a new low. Never deal with these guys. More

This has been by far the best car buying experience I was so scared and skeptical going into the dealership. I actually drove through the lot several times at night so I didnt have to speak to anyone. I I was so scared and skeptical going into the dealership. I actually drove through the lot several times at night so I didnt have to speak to anyone. I finally got the courage to go in and inquire about a few vehicles I was interested in. I have NEVER been greeted so genuinly and treated like a human at a dealership before. I have always felt so much pressure and felt stressed to buy. This experience has left me wanting to visit this dealership on a regular basis. I can write a novel but I wont bore everyone. But, I will tell you that I bought a vehicle today and am so happy I did so. Lyndon (spelling), Josh, Danielle and the general manager (sorry, cannot remember all names) were all VERY friendly and professional. More
