There was no pressure to buy, and even when I added a couple of days to my few days to think about it,, he was totally fine with it. When I was ready to buy, Josh made sure everything was in order from the paperwork to the car detailing. He went through everything on the car with me, and if I had any questions even after driving it off the lot, I could still call him. Josh is a friendly, honest guy with a great smile! Thanks Josh! I would recommend dealing with him if someone decides to purchase from Sherwood Volkswagen. I was called and told I had to put my $1000 deposit on the vehicle, which was apparently a miscommunication through staff. The issue was solved otherwise I would have bought elsewhere. I was disappointed that the paperwork wasn't provided to me in advance as I was told to enable me to get insurance, so they had to give me a dealer plate. The gas tank was not filled when I picked it up, I had to go back to the dealership area to receive my full tank as promised. I had to bring my vehicle in 5 days after I bought it to fix the licence plate light. I also had to return to the dealership at that time to sign a new contract with a new payement date, because it was not noticed that my vehicle payment date was out of the 21 day window and was on day 22 (had I known about the 21 day window I would have chose a date within the 21 days). More

The car had to be brought in and when the day arrived for me to pick up my new VW Beetle convertible James picked me up at home and drove me to the dealership. He was friendly, very knowledgeable about the details of the new Tiguan we were thinking of buying, he took us for a test drive, and he did a thorough job of explaining the operation of the car. Most of all we didn't feel pressured even when we told him we first wanted to check out other cars, which we did. When we decided to purchase, he finance people we dealt with, Sharon Thompson and Raoul Bhardwaj, were efficient and friendly, and nice to deal with. All in all, Chris, Sharon and Raoul made our car-purchase experience a pleasant one. All in all we are very impressed with all of them, and with the Sherwood Park Volkswagen dealership too. More

Chris spent more time than most showing me how everything worked and making sure I could drive it safely. At all times he was cheerful, patient and businesslike. This is a new dealership with new employees, but like Chris, it is as if they've been doing it all their lives. In spite of the TDI fiasco, VW will keep my business, largely because of employees like Chris. More

Josh Luyimbazi and Don Gray (GM) were outstanding in helping me out finding my new car. Not only finding the car but accessorizing it with the attachments to suit my outdoor lifestyle. Raoul Bhardwaj was professional and personable in finance making the paper work tasks easy. I always felt welcomed entering the building. When I picked up my car, there was a little dirt on the top...Josh took the time to ensure that the car was perfect-again...I am a real stickler when it comes to vehicles. Thanks again Josh, Don and Raoul. My experience was second to none and I drove away... in my the car I wanted, feeling like I was treated fairly, and and extremely happy!!! More
