Continually left for unusually long period of time and showed no interest in making the sale. Not very personable and put minimal effort in creating a positive seller-buyer relationship. Did not seem to have knowledge about the vehicle and only focused on financing options. The vehicle we were showed was not up to par with the standards a dealership should sell a vehicle. As it was filthy on the inside covered in dirt, mud and dog hair. Hard to envision yourself spending thousands on a vehicle in horrible condition. More

Horrible customer service Went to look at a used car, took it for a test drive (on Saturday) and everything was great. Then the pressure started to go with their finance team. Went to look at a used car, took it for a test drive (on Saturday) and everything was great. Then the pressure started to go with their finance team. I made it clear I wanted to go and check with my own bank first, appointment was on Tuesday. I returned the car Monday, as they let me take it home for a day. Again, on Monday I was pressured to visit the finance team and close the deal. I said I would call back Tuesday afternoon after I Talked with my bank. I got a phone call Tuesday morning saying the car was sold to someone else. There is no loyalty at this dealership. They only see dollar signs when you walk through the door. The sales manager Mo, answered my call Tuesday afternoon when I called after my appointment. Gave me back door answers, passed the blame onto someone else, said he would call me back in 2 minutes, never did. They are cowards at this dealership, and as previously mentioned, only care about the money. Also. after doing research on my own personal vehicle for trade in, they tried offering me $3000 less then what it was worth. Be careful with this dealership. More

I don't live in Sherwood Park and it isn't the closest dealership to me, but after visiting the other dealerships in Edmonton it's absolutely worth the extra drive. More
