We were treated like human beings and we were offered a great value of services and products for our money. On delivery day Peter was super accommodating and offered us a detailed breakdown of all the features of the car and made sure that every little detail was taken care of. Do NOT buy a vehicle there. Terrible service. I wanted to buy a pre-owned vehicle that they had listed online but was told I HAD to finance at 12% and paying cash/bank draft w Terrible service. When I confirmed that the sales person (Antonio) would rather walk away from a sale than take my money, he confirmed that yes, indeed that was the case. This dealer did not deliver on their promises. We took delivery of the car in a dark basement so we couldn't see that it hadn't been cleaned like they had promised. They sold me a lemon and lied about warranty coverage. Very rude. Do not buy a car from them!! I put tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket fixing the piece of xxxx they sold me. Managers and general managers don't call or email back. I made multiple trips to Edmonton to the dealership to try and catch managers and GM as they never returned calls or emails. They also blamed their front end girls for not passing on messages multiple times. Horrible dealership with even worse staff!! More
