The car we had expressed interest in was still on the lot when we arrived (another Sherwood Park dealer had a car we had previously arranged to see but it was “sold” to someone else the very day we wanted to when we arrived (another Sherwood Park dealer had a car we had previously arranged to see but it was “sold” to someone else the very day we wanted to see it. Of course they wanted to sell a different one to us!) So, Sherwood VW did not employ a “bait and switch” tactic, which is to their credit. The salesperson, Peter, was especially helpful throughout the process and we appreciated his efforts. Overall, we are happy with the car that we purchased (a 2021 Atlas). Thank you to all involved!
