worst dealership I’ve ever visited with my car and my wife with her car. Absolutely love Volkswagens that’s why my wife bought a new one not from this dealership because they refuse to deal fairly but th wife with her car. Brought my car in for a factory recall driving home my heater didn’t work all of a sudden heater worked perfectly for the past 10 years. I’ve owned the car now it doesn’t work. Brought it back to the dealership so they could check their work. Apparently the work on the recall was good but now I need $1000 Di did heater core. The dealership did the oil change on my wife’s car first oil change and they forgot the bolt up the skid panel. By the time she got home it was like a big shovel on the front of the car. Had to go back to the dealership and be replaced. Real impressive for a brand new car and a simple oil change again worst dealership in the world that I’ve ever dealt with but love Volkswagen cars More

Everyone we dealt with including Peter, our Sales person, Ray and Asma at Finance and Mike Handous the General Manager was very attentive, genuine and ensured that we had a great buying experience. We were treated like human beings and we were offered a great value of services and products for our money. On delivery day Peter was super accommodating and offered us a detailed breakdown of all the features of the car and made sure that every little detail was taken care of. Can’t say thank you enough and I highly recommend that if you are interested to purchase a VW or even an Audi, to visit VW Sherwood Park. More

Do NOT buy a vehicle there. Terrible service. I wanted to buy a pre-owned vehicle that they had listed online but was told I HAD to finance at 12% and paying cash/bank draft w Terrible service.
