There was a follow up contact but they did not spam or annoy us as we made our decisions. Finance department was very good. She offered the standard extended warranties, protection packages, etc but it did not feel like a second layer of sales which was a pleasant surprise from dealings with other dealerships. I would recommend this dealership for the buying experience. More

Swindlers Was looking at a vehicle there, asked me to do a pre credit check which went ok, this of course was all before I even saw the vehicle. Got pre approved so they asked for a deposite to hold the vehicle which I did. In the mean time I was at work and went a different rout. Long story short and a lot of phone calls later it’s been three weeks and no deposit returned. Every time I call I just get the run around from person to person, voice mail to voice mail With no calls back. Don’t do it they are shady!!!!! More

Absolutely No pressure to buy or didn’t rush me. He also assured me that this car was right for me in many ways. He gave me the best service I could have received at Volkswagen Sherwood park. Part was overpriced and arrived 3 days late I needed a part for my older model Jetta which was not a typical in stock part. No surprise as it had to be ordered and brought in from Vancouver. I ordered the part on Monday being told it would be available Wednesday. This part was priced about 30% higher then online part websites but those sites couldn't ship it fast enough so I went through VW to have it delivered quickly. Wednesday rolled around and I called late in the afternoon, part hasn't come in but they expect it Thursday. I called again Thursday and part still hasn't shown up but they were sorting through the orders and would call me back later that day. They call me back a few hours later to inform me the part had been shipped to another city by mistake. Finally Friday rolls around and the part arrives. My car sat for 3 extra days unusable and I feel If i didn't call to check on the status of the part I would still be waiting. I felt like for the hassle they could have knocked some cost of the part to make up for my lost time but that wasn't the case and is the reason I decided to post this review. More

Better than Norden I have been trying to get a couple of parts - headlight base, visor hook - from September from Norden VW and I finally gave up. Continually left for unusually long period of time and showed no interest in making the sale. Not very personable and put minimal effort in creating a positive seller-buyer relationship. Did not seem to have knowledge about the vehicle and only focused on financing options. The vehicle we were showed was not up to par with the standards a dealership should sell a vehicle. As it was filthy on the inside covered in dirt, mud and dog hair. Hard to envision yourself spending thousands on a vehicle in horrible condition. More

Horrible customer service Went to look at a used car, took it for a test drive (on Saturday) and everything was great. Then the pressure started to go with their finance team. Went to look at a used car, took it for a test drive (on Saturday) and everything was great. Then the pressure started to go with their finance team. I made it clear I wanted to go and check with my own bank first, appointment was on Tuesday. I returned the car Monday, as they let me take it home for a day. Again, on Monday I was pressured to visit the finance team and close the deal. I said I would call back Tuesday afternoon after I Talked with my bank. I got a phone call Tuesday morning saying the car was sold to someone else. There is no loyalty at this dealership. They only see dollar signs when you walk through the door. The sales manager Mo, answered my call Tuesday afternoon when I called after my appointment. Gave me back door answers, passed the blame onto someone else, said he would call me back in 2 minutes, never did. They are cowards at this dealership, and as previously mentioned, only care about the money. Also. after doing research on my own personal vehicle for trade in, they tried offering me $3000 less then what it was worth. Be careful with this dealership. More
