Absolute Criminals. Popped smoke ones things went wrong. Disgusting Service. Purchased a Certified Used, with extra Winter tires thrown in... Got 3hrs down the road on the way home to get gas. Took the opportunity to unwrap the tires to see, 2 of them were completely bald. GM tried to tell me that because it wasn't written in the sales agreement, he wasnt going to replace them, I guess he had never heard of a verbal agreement. After 3 weeks of reminding them of their legal and ethical obligation to replace them, the GM "agreed" to replace the bald ones. THEN my rear light went out. Hadn't even put 3000km on the car, and water ingress in the rear light rusted the electrical and needed replaced. Contacted them and never got a response. Multiple emails to both salesman and GM, no response. Disgusting. VW Canada Complaint was filed. Told me that they "Are under no obligation to respond". Thanks for the lesson VW. More

Tell you what you want to hear to get the sale The sales person was great to start with. Then as we started negotiations the manager was trying to make us pay for a couple issues with the car that The sales person was great to start with. When it came to our trade in they made it sound like the total owing amount was being paid out but was actually not completely covered and added to the purchase total. Salesman told us if we have any issue being a new dealership after we bought the vehicle they would do anything to help us and we had a issue with a panel in the car ' showing the sales man before we purchased and he pushed back in place and said its fine now' We are now getting told they won't do much to help us and still waiting for our free satellite radio that we were told was part of the deal. More

Sold vehicle out from Under me. Sold vehicle out from under me, didn’t ask for a deposit, went in 2 days in a row, asked for 1 thing to me fixed and for a trade in estimate. First day the sales guy threw away my walk in customer sheet. Filled out a new one the second day, and then before even answering my question about getting something fixed before Final sale, or even given me estimated trade in value they sold it. Will never ever recommend this revolving door Volkswagen, in the couple years it has been open likterally everyone has been fired or quit. They’re falling very short of any dealer I’ve ever dealt with (have owned 6 new vehicles in 7 years) More
