Was told I would be contacted in 3 days regarding some parts that had to be ordered and problems that had to be clarified whether they were covered under warranty. Received a message two days after service was completed asking how my experience was I told them only half the job was completed and needed to get the vehicle back in to have it completed but no response w asking how my experience was I told them only half the job was completed and needed to get the vehicle back in to have it completed but no response with a new date. When I purchased the vehicle everything was great we agreed on buying winter tires and rims and having our summer rims powder coated black and stored over the winter at VW. When I went in to get the changeover booked they had no record of where my tires were and when eventually they were found they had never left the service bay and sat there all winter. Had to wait to get them powder coated even though they had them for six months already. Service booking staff seemed overwhelmed at my request to have my wipers fixed and have my changeover done and she kept going back to a different customer. I was curious why she would call me up to her desk to start my booking if she clearly hadn't finished the prior customer. Heard great things about the service at Sherwood park Volkswagen to bad we didn't get to experience that same good service. More

It was wonderful. Service and the amazing staff were 100 percent !! The dealership was clean and well stocked with amazing coffee !!
