My husband and I were looking for a larger vehicle to accommodate our growing family. We really appreciated Rob's patience working with us as we had our young children with us. Taking a test drive involved installing car seats for the kids and we didn't feel rushed or that we were inconveniencing him at all with this time consuming task.We felt that we were offered a fair price for the vehicle we were trading in and got a great price on the new-to-us Sienna that we purchased. Although we made our decision quickly, we didn't feel any pressure from Rob or the dealership to make a purchase. Also, the kids play area was a life saver with entertaining our 3 year old while we completed paperwork. When we picked up our new van we found it had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out and Rob took the time to give us a complete orientation to the vehicle. We have had our 2009 Sienna for almost 2 weeks now and are so happy with our purchase, the vehicle appears to be in great condition and as previous Toyota owners we feel confident that this vehicle will last our family many years. Rob Nessel spent LOTS of time to find the right vechile for me, which I know was not easy!! Most importantly I felt like I could trust him! Which is really tough for me as i do have a bit of a stigma when it comes to purchaising a vehicle, and who to trust. Rob never once was pushy, yet kind and understanding. He quickly took down what we wanted and what price range we were in, in less then 15 min we turned around and there he had parked the EXACT truck we were looking for..not the mention meeting the price range we wanted to stay within! Truley quite funny. Rob had us meet with his manager to touch base with a few extras, odds and edds...all which were met and exceeded our expectations! our truck was sold to us in less then an hour, with NO STRESS...HONESTLY NO STRESS. and some HAPPY CUSTOMERS The dealership and Rob were wonderful to work with, even our 2 year old daughter enjoyed the play area and the kindness from the employees!
