I went in to see what they had for used cars. They employees were nice enough however after making a deal and putting money down on a car they went and sold it before I could come back. There are laws employees were nice enough however after making a deal and putting money down on a car they went and sold it before I could come back. There are laws against such things and they did it anyway. All they could say was 'O we are so sorry that happened" one manager offered to make it up to me by selling me something at cost. But when I went in the man who contacted me would not come talk to me in person. I went in knowing what at cost on a few vehicles were and when they offered me a price it was $5000 above cost. Then when I mentioned that all they did was make excuses. They tell you one thing on the phone or online and never work with what they tell you. I still cant believe they sold a car that had a down payment on it!!! More

My fiance and I had an amazing time working with Anya and the other staff at Sherwood park Toyota! They were very nice and upbeat the whole time we were there. Wouldn't trust this establishment and am advising anyone I talk to not to as well. Had a young man put down $500 to hold a vehicle until he could complete the transaction only to have the vehicle so anyone I talk to not to as well. Had a young man put down $500 to hold a vehicle until he could complete the transaction only to have the vehicle sold out from under him. Manage phone to tell him to come in and they would make a deal at cost on any vehicle. Needless to say this never come to be, as had several quotes of vehicle costs (that he was looking at), would not even come close to offering dealer cost. Needless to say making a sales commission was more important than correcting a wrong that was done to a young man that had negotiated a deal in good faith. Obviously the business's good name was not worth that much. More

Looked around and compared several different vehicles & their prices. What won us over at Sherwood Park Toyota was not only the friendliness of Anya and Shawn (Sales Manager), but the first offer they p & their prices. What won us over at Sherwood Park Toyota was not only the friendliness of Anya and Shawn (Sales Manager), but the first offer they provided - it was quite "fair" compared to the other starting points from other dealerships. We knew we were dealing with the right people from that moment on. Anya Dickerson also made the experience very enjoyable. She is not the type of salesperson that is pushy or in-your-face. We very much appreciated that. Just to note, I have purchased 3 new cars over the past 6 years, all at other dealerships, but reflecting back, I think Anya's approach provided us with the best purchase experience compared to our other vehicles. l would definitely buy from her again, and would recommend her to others too. Rob greeted us at the door when we showed up - we thought we would just be doing some window shopping but we were so impressed by the Toyoto Venza that we purchased it the same day. Rob took us for a test drive and we reviewed all the options and added a few of our own. We were set on a certain price that we did not want to go over and Rob got management to agree and wow we walked out of the dealership with a brand new Venza! When we came to pick up the car Rob reviewed all the basics of the car and made sure the car was detailed and gassed up for us! He took the time to set up my phone and indicated if we ever needed help to feel free to call him and he wouldn't hestiate to review how any of the car options worked. My husband and I were looking for a larger vehicle to accommodate our growing family. Rob carefully listened to our list of wants and needs as well as our price range and was quickly able to find us a va accommodate our growing family. We really appreciated Rob's patience working with us as we had our young children with us. Taking a test drive involved installing car seats for the kids and we didn't feel rushed or that we were inconveniencing him at all with this time consuming task.We felt that we were offered a fair price for the vehicle we were trading in and got a great price on the new-to-us Sienna that we purchased. Although we made our decision quickly, we didn't feel any pressure from Rob or the dealership to make a purchase. Also, the kids play area was a life saver with entertaining our 3 year old while we completed paperwork. When we picked up our new van we found it had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out and Rob took the time to give us a complete orientation to the vehicle. We have had our 2009 Sienna for almost 2 weeks now and are so happy with our purchase, the vehicle appears to be in great condition and as previous Toyota owners we feel confident that this vehicle will last our family many years. Overall, we had a very positive and stress-free experience at Sherwood Park Toyota and would refer our family and friends to Rob Nessel. More

Went in to have a name removed from the car loan. they said it'd be 10 min wait 2 1/2 hours latter the manager came top us and said we should just go home and that everyone that was purchasing a vehicle t said it'd be 10 min wait 2 1/2 hours latter the manager came top us and said we should just go home and that everyone that was purchasing a vehicle took presidence over us and no matter how long we had been waiting.
