Tyler was amazing from the start, I can't say enough good things about him he took a horrible vehicle buying situation and turned it into the best one that we've had yet. He went above and beyond to take care of us. Tyler was truly SPECTACULAR and a pleasure to deal with. Karan Singh the finance manager was SPECTACULAR and so wonderful to deal with. He took the time to explain everything, made sure we understood how everything worked and did his best to secure us the best financing that was available to us. We never felt pressured or unheard when dealing with him. He kept the mood light and friendly, very personable and comfortable. We left his office feeling great and that we had made the right choice! I highly highly highly highly recommend dealing with Tyler and Karan if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. I left a deposit for a 2022 Tundra in November 2021. I was told it will be here for about 4 months. Now, it is June. Did 3 times follow-up with the salesperson called Brayden. Every time I was told your I was told it will be here for about 4 months. Now, it is June. Did 3 times follow-up with the salesperson called Brayden. Every time I was told your truck will be here soon. When this guy left the dealership, no one will take care of my order. I have to call multiple times to ask for the deposit back. So far as of today, they are still holding my money. The fact is they will put your order on their website and try to do some sort of auction or just try out every customer that inquires about it. Who will pay the highest money, and who will get it. Doesn't care about your feeling at all. Either the person waiting for the truck will get empty promises again and again or the person who paid the unbelievable high price for it will get screwed. That is not the right way of doing business at all. More

Not one time the salesman Jatin has apologized in e mail correspondence!he tells me factory has stopped supplying because of part shortage so if you pay an arm and a leg for premium vehicle factory can say oh I have stopped making certain products so your vehicle will come without BUT you still pay and sales will not disclose! I paid $10 grand of upgrades after putting all my upgrades and don’t tell me my vehicle is missing basic item as mudflaps! Pretty pathetic this is my money and I was not told that these items are missing until I looked at the vehicle when I got home! Dealership just wants to take your money but doesn’t follow through! My overall experience at Sherwood Park Toyota was absolutely terrible! I had put a deposit in September 2021 for a RAV 4 XSE HYBIRD which I was promise for March 2022. Prior to April , I absolutely terrible! I had put a deposit in September 2021 for a RAV 4 XSE HYBIRD which I was promise for March 2022. Prior to April , I went into the dealership with my family last week of January to check on the status of my vehicle. Only to find out that if I wanted a “faster delivery” I would have to put in an EXTRA $5000.00! Why do I have to put an extra amount? Just for a quicker sale? That’s disgusting. I have never EVER heard of such a ridiculous sales pitch. If a vehicle is ready and for such fast delivery - bring it in! Sell it to your costumer, because your costumer has been waiting for half a year! AFTER WAITING 9 MONTHS I got a call saying that my vehicle has arrived. I received confirmation and the VIN number. I went into the dealership just to be told that the RAV 4 that arrived is not my vehicle?! I have proof that I received the letter. I even took my time to gather my information I.e void cheque and insurance! I do not recommend dealing with AP SINGH as well as finance manager, AMAN for their false promise and deception! I have TAKEN my business elsewhere. I have gone into another Toyota, which has promised me my brand new RAV4 in 2 months as well as updates, proper communication, and PROMISE! NEVER. EVER. Go into Sherwood Toyota and deal with AMAN and AP SINGH. Please Sherwood Toyota your reputation is amazing, but with shady workers like this? Shoppers beware. Really terrible experience! More
