Service Above and Beyond We had been searching for a truck to replace the one that was written off due to an accident. Being seniors, our finances limited us to used vehicle sales. We found the perfect fit, online, at Sherwood Park Toyota. Anya Dickerson popped up on our computer screen asking if she could be of assistance. She answered all of our questions, we arranged to visit the dealership and meet with her. What a pleasant surprise! She had the truck ready for our inspection, explained all of the computer functions (i.e. Onstar, Bluetooth, etc.). A price was negotiated and completed. Living 2 hours outside of Edmonton the Onstar and Bluetooth features were important to us. We were unable to pare our iphone with the Bluetooth so returned to ask Anya's help. To make a long story short, Anya and David Vieira required the truck to stay in Edmonton and we were given a 'loaner' to use until the Bluetooth component was fixed. Unfortunately the 'loaner' had a transmission problem. This is where the "above and beyond" comes into play. Within 2 hours of contacting Anya and David about the transmission problem they had another truck delivered to us, for our use until our GMC was ready for pickup. We were so impressed. They both put their best foot forward and we have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. Thanks again, Anya and David, More

Vehicle arrived on the time and delivered on the time. Every thing was explained in detail and Ivan was more than happy to let me know about the cost of service & maintenance. We took a 4 cylinder Venza for a test drive, and then asked if he had time to get a 6 cylinder for us to drive. His response was yes, he had all the time we needed. A few minutes later the 6 cylinder shows up, white which is what we were looking for. Seat warmers on and the radio set to my favourite station. Details like that, I knew I was dealing with the right person. You don't come across service like this any more and I knew I would be buying a car from him! We purchased that 2014, 6 cylinder Venza that same day. Ivan was very accommodating in answering all of our questions and concerns, without ever being pushy. When we picked up our new vehicle Ivan went through all the features and made sure we were comfortable with everything. He contacted us the day after we took our Venza home to ask if everything was good. We would highly recommend dealing with Ivan at Sherwood Park Toyota to anyone considering buying a new Toyota! We came in looking at 2014 Tundras and decided to purchase one. The sales people, finance and service people we talked to treated us with respect. Both Justin and Cameron did a great job but I must say Cameron went out of his way to make sure we got a good deal , his knowledge of the product, the dealership were unreal. He made sure everything was done right and in place when we finalized the deal. Bill in finance made sure all the paperwork was ready, was very good with all his explanations in regards to everything Toyota offered. The follow up e-mails from Cameron sure made us feel very good about our purchase and the dealership. I must say overall our experience was fantastic and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. More
