Excellent buying experience I recently bought a 07 tundra from Justin, and would like to say the quality of the buying experience was excellent. My experience at Sherwood Park Toyota I was looking for an appropriate vehicle for hilly areas and off-roading. Alison Curzon, internet manager at Sherwood Part Toyota responded to my e-mail and set a time for test drive. When I reached the dealership she showed me both the vehicles and explained all the features thoroughly. Although it was a busy day for her and she had to manage more than one clients, I noticed that she did not made anyone feel left out. Alison also helped in finalizing the deal in a very professional way and made the delivery of the vehicle a very pleasent experience. She also helped in setting the phone with the bluetooth and showed me the manual and accessories. Overall I got what I was looking for and would recommend anyone planning to purchase a vehicle to contact Alison Curzon at Sherwood Park Toyota. More

Leasing a 2014 Toyota Rav 4 I found Ivan a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgable, friendly, and didn't pressure me. He went through the vehicle with me, explaining everythin I found Ivan a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgable, friendly, and didn't pressure me. He went through the vehicle with me, explaining everything - I was afraid of information overload, but his method of explaining all the various aspects of the Rav 4, was great and I was able to understand it all. Donna and Cathy in the finance department were wonderful. They made the paper work seem a breeze. They let me know exactly what I had to do about the vehicle's registration and insurance, and made sure I submitted everything I needed to. I sent notes to dealers across Alberta and British Columbia. There were only 4 dealers that got back to me and one that continually followed up with me. That one is Anya Dickerson. Any time a vehicle came into her lot that was close to our criteria, she would send us a note. We finally settled on a vehicle that was in our price range and met all the criteria that we needed. The kicker here is that we live in Canmore and the dealership is in Sherwood Park. I asked if she would be willing to meet us half way to do the exchange. My thinking at the time was that it was a long shot to ask, but, to my surprise she agreed without hesitation! Anya was prompt, open, honest and extremely helpful. Great experience After having dealt with an unnamed non-Toyota dealership that left a bad taste in my mouth, I decided to check out Toyota due to the good reputation t After having dealt with an unnamed non-Toyota dealership that left a bad taste in my mouth, I decided to check out Toyota due to the good reputation that it's vehicles had. This I had expected. What I had not expected, but left me surprised (in a good way) is the customer service I received. Ivan sat down with me and helped me pick out a car in my budget - which, to be honest, was not great. However, I was able to get into something that wasn't just a base model - a Corolla Sport, in black and manual transmission, which is pretty much exactly what I wanted. I realize what is in stock is not always in the salesperson's control, or even the dealerships, but it is important because they didn't have to bring in a car from another city like the other dealership. I went for a test drive, the features were explained, including some I hadn't even considered or known about, and I was able to get an aftermarket remote car starter installed by Toyota which has been very useful during the cold. Again, nothing I had even thought about considering my budget, but Ivan helped make it work. Another important thing was that Ivan respected my time - unlike the unnamed dealership where they want you to work for the car (and yet it's my money!), I felt like Ivan worked for me. Once I had selected and test drove the vehicle, he didn't continue upselling or try to get me into something that was either out of my budget or something I didn't want. I wish Ivan all the best as he was honest, knew a lot about the vehicles he was selling, and looked out for the customer. More

He provided great feedback/advice and helped to narrow down what I was looking for to one specific vehicle. Unfortunately something happened that was out of Mike's control and this lead to me not being able to purchase from this dealership. Mike worked hard and did everything he could to rectify the problem and to ensure it wouldn't happen again in the future. If you are looking for a used vehicle I highly recommend Mike. They are very knowledgeable with all the products and services they provide. When I need Art to help me out he goes out of his way to accomodate us.
