Best Car Purchase Experience Ever! I recently purchased a 2014 Scion FRS from Sherwood Park Toyota after my Acura started having engine problems around the 400,000km mark. I was greeted I recently purchased a 2014 Scion FRS from Sherwood Park Toyota after my Acura started having engine problems around the 400,000km mark. I was greeted in the parking lot in under 1 minute by Kathleen Cook. She was extremely polite, courteous, and knowledgeable about both the specific vehicle and the whole brand in general. She got me a coffee (a few of them actually lol) and took the time to go over all the features with me, get me in the seat and get a feel for it, and out for a test drive. From start to finish it took about 4-5 hours from me arriving at the dealership, to me driving it home. The sales managers and all other staff were very polite, and they got me down to a payment I could afford at a good interest rate. Kathleen went above and beyond her duty, helping me find a much better insurance company, and even driving me personally to get my FRS registered, and has continued to help me out to this day. Overall I've been very pleased with my experience with Sherwood Park Toyota from start to finish, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle! More

I didn't like the colour of the car, so Ivan found the colour I wanted and had it ready and detailed the next day. Ivan even had the courtesy to personally shuttle me to and from my hotel during this process, which was 20 minutes away from the dealership. Dealing with Ivan was a lot of fun and he always made sure I was satisfied.
