I first met Mavy and was quickly amazed at his easy going nature: zero tactics, no pressure and no xxxxxxx around. My fiancee looked forward to meeting with him because she felt comfortable and she hates sales people since we've met every single type. The FRS had peaked my interest and Mavy was calm and collected with my demands and I sure as xxxx didn't make it easy on him. We took several weeks to iron out the details and he even took over my file when it came to financing when others had dropped the ball and it looked like I had to go somewhere else at one point...he had stepped up big time. Ivan went over the FRS when I took delivery of it and his incredible vehicle knowledge was fantastic. Very personable guy and was awesome to deal with. Despite the wait, I am extremely happy with my purchase and it is without a doubt, Mavy was the reason I chose Sherwood Park Toyota and I will refer people to this dealership because of him. An honest, decent, respectable dealership exists! My dad always told me never to go to a dealership. Each time we bought a car, 2 weeks later major repairs were needed, costing more than the car itself. We had been to several other dealerships before, and always felt uncomfortable, rushed and pressured. We came to a breaking point after the 4th broken vehicle, and decided to come to ShPk Toyota. It felt so normal there, everyone was incredibly friendly. Sophear Vong was our salesman, he was very relaxed, excellent, easy to deal with, and made to feel very welcomed. He wasn't pushy, actually told us to slow down and think about what we were buying (we thoroughly researched our amazing 2014 Toyota Corolla). More

He told me that his job was to change how I think of 'salesmen' and he accomplished that! The management team members that I spoke with were great too. They knew I was buying a car and they knew I could choose to buy it anywhere but with their insistence on my satisfaction they convinced me to buy my 2014 Venza from them. Eddie was professional and assured me that financing would be uncomplicated and it was. I met with Eddie, late evening for my initial paperwork and application and I heard back from Jennifer Roy the next morning before 9:30 am. The follow up was fantastic! I want to thank each person that I interacted with and I know where I will be sending my people to buy their next vehicle.
