The service I have recieved from the staff, from owner Art, service manager Warren, and parts manager Kevin and Carolyn in service bay have been top notch, I will say if you are not happy with the service recieved let them know and the team will make you happy before you leave. I am a satisfied customer since 2008 recommend this Toyota team. I challenge anyone to find a better team to work with. More

He has always been super helpful and goes out of his way to provide accurate information when I have technical questions. I just purchased a set of "takes offs" for my Tundra. Great option for second set of 20" rims to mount some winter tires. These were a great deal and much cheaper than the aftermarket option and I prefer the factory look. I would completely recommend dealing with Draper in parts. Because of him, when I replace my Tundra with another one, Sherwood Park Toyota will be my first stop. Plus now I have an excellent set of winter tires for a new Tundra later this year. Sean More

He was able to walk me though all of the options available and was open and honest about what the process would be. I was impressed by how direct he was with nailing exactly what I needed and wanted without making me feel any pressure. There are no "sales tactics" with Ivan, just personal service. Once we figured out what I was going with, Juliana took over in Finance. She was awesome as well! Juliana was quick, easy to follow and, again, no pressure with any of the "extras" that normally follow in the finance office. She took time to connect with both of my sons and we felt really at home with her. Where's my money? Paid off my car the same day as a payment was due. The nice people at Sherwood Park Toyota told me that they would refund the account. Six weeks past and I phoned them to find out what was going on with my extra payment. Was told that I would have to get in contact with Toyota Canada. Phoned Toyota Canada and was informed this was totally a dealer problem and they would have to deal with it. Phoned back the dealership to be told in a very unprofessional way that I would not be getting my extra payment back. I guess that Art and the fine people at his dealership needed the $326. more than me and my five children. More
