I had lots of questions for him, which I love that he was able to answer honestly and quickly. He understands Toyota vehicles exceptionally well, his product knowledge was very surprising. He was able to explain things to me easily so I was able to understand. I ended up purchasing a Rav 4 from him and very happy with my choice.
