I had been to two different dealerships in the Edmonton area and was not comfortable with the sales departments. I felt as though the sales departments were only concerned about the sale and not about what I wanted. Chris was awesome right from the start. Originally I was looking to purchase in the future and just wanted to see what my options were. He was friendly and professional. Chris explained my options and showed me a few vehicles. At the end of the first visit he gave me a price and told me to come see him when I was interested in buying. Chris's no pressure attitude had me back later in the week. When I went back the second time, Chris met with me on his day off. He was completely up front with me and there were no surprises when I went to finance!
