In 2008, I met some The first time I walked into SP Toyota was 2009. I was a nomad in the world of car leasing - always going to a different dealer. In 2008, I met someone named Aaron Buck, who treated me like a loyal customer and worked hard for my business. My lease expired in 2011 and I went back to the same dealer for the first time and Aaron took care of me again with the lease of a 2012 Camry Hyrbrid XLE. So, this year, sad to learn Aaron had moved on to bigger and better things and that SP Toyota had a new lease loyalty manager. The experience was NOT positive. The individual, who shall remain nameless, did not treat me as a repeat customer, and treated me like a number. I was ready to walk out. To their credit, they severed my tenuous relationship with this individual and things started to get better. They found me the car I wanted and Sean Diakur, sales manager, treated me like I expected to be treated. Once my car arrived, things went smoothly. Everything was up front and honest and reaching a deal was easy. But, the real pleasurable part of the experience was dealing with the new loyalty manager, Anya Dickerson, She attended to my every need, was available when I had questions and made sure I felt like a loyal, 3 time customer. She gets customer service and is an employee that SP Toyota needs to make a key member of their team. I will be back in three years and I hope Anya is still there. More

Lastly, it was refreshing to be able to deal with some aspects of purchasing a vehicle through email, as it was more efficient and information was concise and communicated in a timely manner.
