Saved the day late Friday afternoon! Coming back from a ski day with the kids and all the lights on my dash lit up. A quick call to CJ in service and he told me that he could get me in as soon as I arrived. He set an appointment for me so my service advisor Cale was in the loop when I arrived at 4:45. They quickly assessed my van and advised that it needed further diagnosis and should not be driven to prevent any damage. Cale went to see Art and he went out of his way to provide me with alternate transportation to get me and my three kids on our way! Betty was so friendly and helped keep the family dog entertained while the kids play area and hot chocolate took care of the kids. Tremendous customer service all around!! More

Listened to my needs and situation to make service painless Came in to service dept without an appointment as I had the check engine light , 4lo , VSC and traction control off lights come on. Carolyn knew exactly what the issue was and I explained I live out of town and that all I needed was to have the code read to confirm the issue then I would schedule an appointment. Carolyn said it was possible that the parts were in stock and that it was an extended warranty issue and that she would check the technician availability. Later that day when Carolyn knew the vehicle would not be ready at the end of the day , she arranged transportation for me to return the next day. The vehicle was ready to go when I returned. I was very pleased to have the vehicle repaired so quickly. More

Better yet, she put her great common sense to work, took the clicker to the right person and had it functioning in minutes (personnel on the phone said it would have to be seen out of shop). No charge and out the door in minutes! Carolyn has been my service person since I bought this vehicle (Rav4 - love it! and it fits the wheelchair very handily) and has always gone beyond competence to common sense. I would recommend her to anyone and hope she gets paid what she's worth! More

Before he became the Service Manager,I had some unsatisfactory service experience while servicing my Toyota that led to me being unhappy with SP Toyota.I was hesitant to take my concerns to SP Toyota due to changes in personnel.Recently,after getting to know that Don has joined the service department I brought my concerns to him.He invited me to the dealership where I had a one on one conversation with him.He took the time off his busy schedule to listen to me and address my concerns .Don booked my service appointment himself and provided me with an amicable solution. I wish there were more people like Don who are open and honest and willing to listen to genuine concerns of loyal customers like me.
