He truly went above and beyond in making sure that all the details in my recent servicing/maintenance appointment were attended to. This was a rather complicated appointment and he made sure the vehicle came on a day he was working so he could personally look after it, and he made sure the appropriate senior technician(s) were overseeing it, and he even involved the service manager to make sure everything was attended to. The work was completed in just a few hours, I had it back by lunch, and he handed my keys back with a smile. Thank you Merrick, you are great! More
