Ryian was friendly outgoing and very easy to talk to. He never once talked at me and he always listened to what my wife and I had to say. He never tried to pressure us into buying anything we didn't want. The whole process was fast and hassle free. Ryian was always quick to respond to texts and phone calls and was pleasure to do business with. I would and will recommend Ryian to friends and family and will purchase my next vehicle from him as well. I take away one star only because of the guys in finance. They were trying to sell us on the protection package for my vehicle. They weren't even sure if my vehicle had any of the interior cloth protections or underbody sprays from the previous owner but were still eager to push it. After I said no to the first guy he just got up and left, thats when Sneil abruptly entered the room to try to sell it again. We didn't appreciate the high pressure sales techniques in the finance department. Overall we had a very positive experience and look forward to doing business with Ryian and Sherwood Park Toyota again in the future. More
