The dealership is clean and open when you walk in, someone is always there to greet you with a smile on their face. They listened to what I wanted and what I was looking for and helped me find it. Sophear went through the highlander and showed and explained to me all the functions. Sophear was extremely knowledgable and very friendly. Art was so wonderful to me and made me feel very welcomed. I was car shopping and they won my business easil When I first called Sherwood Park Toyota, I spoke with Owen Black and explained a horrible experience I had with the manager of another dealership. H When I first called Sherwood Park Toyota, I spoke with Owen Black and explained a horrible experience I had with the manager of another dealership. He attentively listened to my ordeal and promised me that I would be taken care of at their dealership. The next day, Shawn Diakur (one of the managers of Sherwood Park Toyota) left me a voicemail asking me to return his call. I called him back, thanked him for calling me and informed him that I had received an in-house deal from a different management of the same dealership where I was first terribly treated. He asked me what the deal was and he beat it just like that. From that point on, the experience was fantastic. I was given the royal treatment from Owen, Sophear, Josee and Shawn. Owen patched up my paperwork, Josee did initial paperwork for me and Sophear in a detailed fashion showed me the vehicle. If you're looking to buy a Toyota and you want an experience with no headaches, with no one pushing you to buy anything extra and where everyone kindly looks after your needs without all the pressures, GO TO SHERWOOD PARK TOYOTA, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!
