I stayed in touch with Amit and when they had a new White Tacoma Limited coming they held if for me to see and drive. Nav was exceptionally well informed about the new features and he showed us all of them and how they worked. Then we made a deal and I waited for a Black one to arrive. While it seemed like forever it was really only 3 weeks and as soon as it landed they had it ready for me to pick up. Nav was great to work with as I sent him regular e-mails and he responded promptly and professionally. If he didn't know an answer right away he said so and then he found it quickly. I really appreciate the service and attention. I love my new Tacoma and really enjoyed the experience of buying it with Sherwood Park Toyota. Thanks again. More

Dave Kizuk extremely helpful sales rep During September (2015), I visited 12 car dealerships in Edmonton and Sherwood Park, looking for a "pre-owned" hatchback that would accommodate a doub During September (2015), I visited 12 car dealerships in Edmonton and Sherwood Park, looking for a "pre-owned" hatchback that would accommodate a double bass and be within my budget as a low-income senior. I hauled the double bass case along and tried it in many potential cars that, from my online research (including US News rankings) might be good cars for me. I met more than 12 salespersons during my search, which gave me some sense of how helpful (or not) they could be. I emailed them with my "short" list of cars that might work for me, also putting some of my criteria into print, so they could contact me if they received a suitable car into their inventory. I also continued my online search for a car. I came across a listing (on both Kijiji and Autotrader) that interested me: a Pontiac Vibe at Sherwood Park Toyota. I phoned the dealership to make an appointment to see it. DAVE KIZUK was the salesman who helped me, and he was incredibly PATIENT with my many questions and concerns. A couple days after I saw/drove the vehicle, my partner went out to see/drive it too, and he was also impressed with Dave. Dave is an older guy who dresses more casually than a lot of suit-encased salesmen, and he has a straightforward and personable manner we liked. Dave knows his vehicles, but when I (a woman) contradicted him on a minor thing, he double-checked and admitted I'd known something he didn't. Although I don't know that much about cars, Dave was never condescending about my questions or threatened by my rather academic approach to buying a vehicle. Dave was VERY PATIENT, and (like me) paid attention to details. Dave had excellent manners, and KEPT EVERY PROMISE (large or small) that he made during the 5 days I took before deciding to buy the vehicle. He's definitely a man of his word, and he really WENT THE EXTRA MILE. When I bought the car, I half-apologized to Dave for being such a fussy person, and he just said it was good because it kept him on his toes. I'm pleased with my Pontiac Vibe, and was very pleased with the excellent service given by Dave. I would never go here. This dealership was a mess. We felt with so many employees I don't even remember any of their names. They said they locked down multiple vehicles at different times but when it came to purchase they "accidently" sold them. This happened twice! It was very frustrating to be told you can buy a vehicle twice but then be told it's gone when it was time to pick it up. They rarely called when they said they would.....they would usually call the next day from the day they specified. Overall I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone as other have poor service from them too. More

3 strikes you're out! Went to buy a NEW vehicle in June/15... Passed off to Charles who was not only completely inept but insulting and demeaning, left me sitting in a cubi Went to buy a NEW vehicle in June/15... Passed off to Charles who was not only completely inept but insulting and demeaning, left me sitting in a cubicle for over an hour while he "went to see what they could do with my ok trade " when he was actually dealing with someone else. I couldn't even leave cuz he misplaced my keys. Had to hunt down MY vehicle in the back lot after they took it for a drive without my consent (said they were just looking at it to appraise)...changed all the settings etc. E-mailed Art who actually called back and reassured me enough I thought i'd give them another chance... BIG MISTAKE! Went back in October to consider a USED vehicle... Only to get blown off by the salesman who seemed to think he knew what I wanted better than I did! Got lectured by young punk in finance about what insurance I should have. Left a deposit and when couldn't secure a deal was told it would be refunded. Called several days later spoke with Owen who was too lazy to actually check on it but blatantly LIED saying it was done! Only bright light there was Jennifer H who finally and efficiently did what she promised, getting my refund done. Then I called MULTIPLE times to speak with John, used car mgr to follow up on the possible purchase of my vehicle. Kept getting passed off to someone else and refused to call me back! Can't really say WORST customer service I've ever rec'd by a car dealership but certainly equally bad as Sh pk Chev and Sh pk Nissan... All dishonest & slimy! More
