Doug, my salesperson, was extremely helpful every step of the way and answered all my questions during the process. This was my first new car purchase and and it couldn't have gone much better. I had a trade in with a loan still on it and a pretty tight budget and this was all incorporated into my deal. In the end my choice to go with the corolla had everything to do with the service and attention I received as a customer at this dealership. I didn't feel forced or pressured to accept a deal either which was a big bonus. I would recommend anyone to go see Doug at Sherwood Toyota for their next vehicle purchase! More

2016 Tacoma; great deal, no stress and very thorough. I was in the market for a new truck, Chris wasn't in the day I could come in, he made sure Ayman took good care of me during the test drive. When I decided to wait for the 2016, I told them exactly what I needed and my budget. Chris made sure to keep me in the loop during this hectic time where the 2016s are just coming in and already sold in most places. Of course I did my own research to know exactly what I was getting into. Trust, but check, as they say! When Chris got the numbers for me I could tell that I was getting a better deal than most people in Canada! It was a new experience for them too, my truck was the first manual 2016 they sold. They had to hide mine out back because so many people came in wanting to test drive it! Jenn was my finance manager and was super patient and diligent in explaining everything to me. She made sure to have everything in order so that I can leave with the vehicle that day, and even organized the paperwork so that when I had to transfer my plates over I wouldn't have to rifle through the stack looking for the relevant work when she wouldn't be around. Also threw in the "in transit" paperwork for free since we missed lunch and she promised me pizza haha! It's the little things like this that separates the good from the great. When Ayman came back with the now ready to roll truck; though I signed and paid, he made sure to go over all the features and knew where all my extra parts (plug in cords, towing parts etc.) were. First time truck owner, first time big purchase. Even though I was super wary about going, hearing horror stories about dealerships as a whole, they blew all those stereotypes out of the water. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Toyota! More
