Good Sales Man.....Terrible Finance Experience I purchased a new Tacoma (cash) in early May/16. Doug my salesman was very good. My negative experience started with the people in the Finance Dept. The greasy sales tactics used to influence a customer to purchase extras left me with a very bad impression of the dealership. It's not what you sell, it is how you sell it. Make sure you get everything in writing or better yet request that you can record the sales deal so both parties are on a level playing field. The interesting thing about the car sales game is that they ask you to tell them if there was something wrong with your experience but aren't really interested in hearing about the negative ones. Do you see any negative ratings on their site? Amit Singh the general sales manager placed a follow up phone message to me to talk about my concerns. I communicated back to him via email and have yet to hear back. (Over a month) Honesty, trust and integrity are very important to me. My experience with this dealerships finance department and the lack of follow up to my concerns have killed my trust in this dealership. In the next 8000 km I need to find a new dealership who will look after my service. I started out having a good time purchasing a new vehicle but overall this has been a negative experience. Still like my truck......disappointed in the dealership. Wish it was different. More

Then, on the following Monday I advised them that I wanted to cancel my purchase!....it's a long story. I explained my new situation and management (Mr. Raza Khan) agreed to cancel my contact and promised to refund my deposit. Three days later, ... they did!! Talk about honesty! The "T" in Toyota, probably stands for "Trustworthy". I just gotta go back there one day, and actually buy a car,.....just to square things off! Great people. Honest people. M. DeSerres More

He showed me different cars and let me go without the push to make a decision the same day like other dealers i have dealt with. They even give me a good pricing with the trade in appraisal. Your financing method and terms are printed and given to you to see and you are left to consider your options. In all it was a good experience especially with Iman and Nav in the financing process. I will definitely refer Toyota SP to my friends. More

Great overall experience I was intent on purchasing a 2016 RAV4 in Black so called dealership and got connected to Nino. When I arrived, the RAV4 was already parked in front I was intent on purchasing a 2016 RAV4 in Black so called dealership and got connected to Nino. When I arrived, the RAV4 was already parked in front as Nino had it ready. As I was walking around, Charles came by and introduced himself. So within 30 minutes I was already talking with Charles on a price which I felt was fair. Raza in finance did good at explaining the paperwork. So done in 2 hours and everyone was pretty friendly. Picked up the RAV4 in two days and happy with overall experience. More
