I felt heard in my financial "bottom line" -- I could afford X amount and would go no higher. Karan & SP Toyota met me where I was at and made a vehicle and payment plan work for me. Karan took the time to call me with all necessary information, & had documents sent up to the finance office that afternoon. Everything was ready by the time we showed up. We were warmly received, all questions answered, and every concern addressed with importance. I'm pleased with the warranty on my vehicle (very helpful!). Icing on the cake was when Karan requested a few extra minutes of my time while he took my Rav 4 to fill up the tank. Top notch! More

He responded promptly and professionally, then proceeded to answer a number of questions to ensure we understood the vehicle and e-sales process. He was helpful during the test drive, both in navigating the under-construction roads nearby and in explaining vehicle features - he had clearly studied up an the vehicle (which we really appreciated since it wasn't a Toyota). The sales process was professionally handled and we were satisfied with both the process and outcome. We are now happy owners of a used vehicle and Doug was a big part of that! The Finance/Admin part of the process was smoothly handled and everyone was professional. We were well prepared and clear in our expectations - Doug and the dealerhsip rose to the challenge and exceeded our expectations. More
