My wife and I were looking to trade our vehicle in for a newer one and I had already been dealing with 4 other companies. I had no idea my wife had contacted Sherwood Park Toyota and I almost didn't even answer the phone when they called me. I live in Moose Jaw, SK which is about 8 hours away from Sherwood Park and I had no interest in travelling that far to get a car. Reluctantly, I answered the phone and I'm SO glad I did. I had very specific expectations that I wanted with my new vehicle and all 4 of the other places could not give me what I was after. Then I spoke with Joe. I told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend and asked him to make it happen. Later that night, I got a call back from him. Not only did he have something that would fit my requirements, he had multiple options. I was quite impressed already, and extremely happy with Sherwood Park Toyota. The next day, I called back and changed my requirements in a replacement vehicle. Joe and Paulie were more than happy to help me out with my new preference. The next day, I got a call from Paulie (as Joe was off that day) saying they found the perfect vehicle for me. It turns out they were right! I got the call on Tuesday and by Wednesday night, I was driving away in my new car. Thanks so much guys! My wife and I sincerely appreciate all you have done. Fantastic experience I came looking for a truck and I searched on Auto trader app. I saw the most reasonable, realistic and within my budget truck at Sharewood Toyota Edmo I came looking for a truck and I searched on Auto trader app. I saw the most reasonable, realistic and within my budget truck at Sharewood Toyota Edmonton. So I reached out to them via email, then in few hours I got a call from one of the sales rep called "Jo Cariou" even though I am in Calgary dealing with Jo was very easy from day one. He answered my questions and concerns and heard what I was looking for. He wasn't pushy at all, in fact he heard and fulfilled all my demands. Jo went over and beyond the Normal sales process and kept his words till the very end. And finally I made a trip to Edmonton and everything was done before I reached the showroom. I did the paperwork and was in and out in and hour. Overall I would highly recommend Sharewood Toyota and specially Jo Cariou for your next vehicle. More

Bought a Toyota Sienna Over the Phone from Calgary I found a used 2013 Toyota Sienna Van for sale in Edmonton on the Sherwood Park Toyota website. I was put in contact with Dave Kizuk. I explained th I found a used 2013 Toyota Sienna Van for sale in Edmonton on the Sherwood Park Toyota website. I was put in contact with Dave Kizuk. I explained that I was calling from Calgary and was interested in the Van. Dave assured me the Van was in excellent shape, sent me a number of pictures, and said I would not be disappointed. I bought the Van "sight unseen" based on Dave's communications and assurances. Part of the deal was to have the Van delivered to me in Calgary. Dave delivered the Van personally - right to my driveway in Calgary. And, I couldn't be more satisfied with the result. The Van is perfect, exactly as Dave described, delivered when he promised it would be, and in excellent condition. I would highly recommend Dave for your vehicle purchasing needs. He was great to deal with, absolutely honest in the condition of the Van considering I never actually saw it before buying it, and went "above and beyond" in getting it to Calgary. Thanks Dave. Be careful and attend to details Bought a Toyota Sienna Limited with all the bells and whistles. Part of the deal was to have 3M on bumpers and mirrors. He accused me of playing games because the word rear was not written on paper. Despite them being friendly initially, they will turn a different face when it comes to admitting to mistakes. 2017 Toyota Camry Purchased Sakander was extremely friendly from the get-go. I knew what I wanted when I was browsing Sherwood Toyota's website. After I made an online inquiry he responded promptly, asked if I had any questions and when was a good time for me to come and see the car. When I arrived for a test-drive, the car was ready for me to take it for a spin. He had excellent knowledge and was able to answer my questions without overloading with me sales tactics and useless jargon that I see from other dealerships. He was straightforward, friendly, honest and a pleasure to deal with. After the test drive we agreed on a fair deal and the car was soon ready for pick-up a couple days after. The finance lady (Samantha) was very friendly a professional as well. When presented with the paperwork, everything was as discussed and agreed on. No fees/charges in addition to what I wanted the all-price to be. Perfect. Here's why the dealership gets 5-stars... after I got home I was proudly showing off my new Camry and realized there was a stretch and small paint chip just outside the truck door. This is no discredit to the dealership because my car was from the showroom and had probably been sitting there for a a while (I was fully aware of this when I bought it.) Sakander told me to reach out to him if there was anything I needed, so I did and he arranged for me to have the chip/scratch repaired, no questions asked. All the staff were super friendly when I got the work done. This is now my dealership of choice. Worth the drive across Edmonton. More

It met all of our needs and Mario helped us fit this van into our price point. At Sherwood Park Toyota we felt that there wasn't any pressure to buy. Mario told us straight out "either you like it or you don't, I won't sell you anything you don't need". All the employees at Sherwood Park Toyota were professional, and they were excited for us. When we came to pick it up I hadn't gotten my insurance all figured out yet and I wasn't sure if I could pick it up. They were very accommodating and lent me one of their plates and insurance so I could drive the van home and use it until I got the proper paperwork from my insurance. I would definitely go back to Sherwood Park Toyota for any further vehicle needs and I would recommend them, and Mario, to others I know. Thanks! More
