2017 Toyota Camry Purchased Sakander was extremely friendly from the get-go. I knew what I wanted when I was browsing Sherwood Toyota's website. After I made an online inquiry he responded promptly, asked if I had any questions and when was a good time for me to come and see the car. When I arrived for a test-drive, the car was ready for me to take it for a spin. He had excellent knowledge and was able to answer my questions without overloading with me sales tactics and useless jargon that I see from other dealerships. He was straightforward, friendly, honest and a pleasure to deal with. After the test drive we agreed on a fair deal and the car was soon ready for pick-up a couple days after. The finance lady (Samantha) was very friendly a professional as well. When presented with the paperwork, everything was as discussed and agreed on. No fees/charges in addition to what I wanted the all-price to be. Perfect. Here's why the dealership gets 5-stars... after I got home I was proudly showing off my new Camry and realized there was a stretch and small paint chip just outside the truck door. This is no discredit to the dealership because my car was from the showroom and had probably been sitting there for a a while (I was fully aware of this when I bought it.) Sakander told me to reach out to him if there was anything I needed, so I did and he arranged for me to have the chip/scratch repaired, no questions asked. All the staff were super friendly when I got the work done. This is now my dealership of choice. Worth the drive across Edmonton. More

It met all of our needs and Mario helped us fit this van into our price point. At Sherwood Park Toyota we felt that there wasn't any pressure to buy. Mario told us straight out "either you like it or you don't, I won't sell you anything you don't need". All the employees at Sherwood Park Toyota were professional, and they were excited for us. When we came to pick it up I hadn't gotten my insurance all figured out yet and I wasn't sure if I could pick it up. They were very accommodating and lent me one of their plates and insurance so I could drive the van home and use it until I got the proper paperwork from my insurance. I would definitely go back to Sherwood Park Toyota for any further vehicle needs and I would recommend them, and Mario, to others I know. Thanks! More

Cautions for poor customer service I bought a new RAV4 Hybrid in June 2017. I researched and decided on a reasonable price for the car and a sales person with Sherwood Park contacted me I bought a new RAV4 Hybrid in June 2017. I researched and decided on a reasonable price for the car and a sales person with Sherwood Park contacted me back on it. I also contacted other Toyota dealers in Edmonton. Sherwood Park gave me a slightly better price than Edmonton dealerships and sweet talked me, making it seem as if they could and would do anything to sell the car. We finally agreed on the price and signed a contract, afterwards, their attitude completely changed. A couple of days later the sales person called me demanding for me to pay extra to transfer the car with the colour I want from another dealership, I have to choose different colour I did not really like, or I have to wait 3 months to get the car from manufacturer. So, I chose the colour that was not very preferred. Then I waited another week to get the car. I had to wait more than 2 hours in the dealership when I could finally pick up the car because they did not keep the appointment time. I had to personally find a salesperson to show me how to operate the car and explain the functions it had because he left only after explaining the Bluetooth pairing. They at least gave me a present, but it must have been leftovers from last year because a 2016 diary was included. After the pre-sales agreement was signed they did not provide me even the most basic customer care or service. If I knew this dealership was like this, I would not have bought a car here. I am ashamed whenever I see my vehicle plate surrounded by the Sherwood Park Toyota sign, because of the disappointing service. I would not recommend Sherwood Park Toyota to anybody else unless you want to pay EXTRA for the good customer service. At Sherwood Park Toyota, it seems that if you are receiving adequate customer service you are paying extra for it on top of the car price, please keep this in mind. More

Easiest Purchase I've Made I came to look at a used truck I was interested in and Dave introduced himself. He was social and I enjoyed our conversations not related to truck buy I came to look at a used truck I was interested in and Dave introduced himself. He was social and I enjoyed our conversations not related to truck buying during the test drive. We quickly developed a rapport, which made the negotiation process enjoyable. I had done my research and knew the value of my trade, Dave exceeded it. We were very close on price and both Dave and his sales manager Paul negotiated fairly. In the end, I made the purchase without looking at a second truck at another dealership because Dave and Paul earned my respect and my business. I left confident I got a great deal and will be back in the future. More
