We were looking to trade in our truck for a Tundra. Our experience with Varun was extremely positive from the very beginning. I went to get a new starter fob. I expected to be in and out but was shocked when I was informed it was at least 1 hour. It took 3. When I drove away my front fender sensor was going I expected to be in and out but was shocked when I was informed it was at least 1 hour. It took 3. When I drove away my front fender sensor was going off when it wasn't prior to the appointment I wanted them to fix it but they said it wasn't their fault, said we have evident front end damage. This was true but that damage was there for 2 years with no sensor issues and they would have noted that damage during previous pre vehicle inspections before regular maintenance appointments. I left at least 6 messages for the service manager but never did get a call back. Two months later that sensor still randomly goes off. Once they got our $ for the $70000 Tundra we purchased we noticed the service just wasn't quality anymore. I will not ever buy a vehicle there again and don't recommend you do either. More

I took in my Toyota Rav 4 somewhat clean and washed and they returned my car covered in mud. Also there was no documentation of the service work done given to me. Don’t get service done at this dealership, I have a rip on my rear seat cover that is covered with warranty, the first time I went in to get it replaced they had the wrong part, the second time the truck h on my rear seat cover that is covered with warranty, the first time I went in to get it replaced they had the wrong part, the second time the truck has been here for 10 hours and counting, they just say they are working on it, I have pulled a cover off the other side rear seat because my son spilled on it and it only took me an half an hour, I’ll be trying some where new next time. I was in search of a 2024-2025 Toyota Sienna and had been for quite some time. I am sure a lot of you know how hard they are to find. I looked everywhere and most dealerships minimum 10 month wait but likely for quite some time. I am sure a lot of you know how hard they are to find. I looked everywhere and most dealerships minimum 10 month wait but likely up to 2 years. I see through Car Gurus that this place had stock so I message them. A salesman named Zade answered and said while they did have it, it was spoken for. I told him no problem I will continue with my search but he then told me he could guarantee me one by February 2025. As this was early October at the time I said "Absolutely!". He said if I provide a deposit he would guarantee it. I told him that if he was lying to me I would report the dealership to AMVIC for false advertisement and luring. He agreed and still guaranteed it. I placed the deposit and waited a few days without receiving the receipt for the deposit. I called in and had to ask for one and I asked the manager I spoke to if the guarantee was true and he said yes if the salesman said yes then it's a yes. I was very happy at this point. The months go by and Zade kept in touch the entire time saying that I would have my vehicle by the time February arrives. He was very good at keeping in touch about it. Fast forward to 1st week of January. I asked Zade if we were still on track and he said we were. Fast forward to 3rd week of January and I asked him again....no response. Then someone named Jihan messages me and said the dealership would inform me 30-60 days before my sienna was set to arrive. I informed he/her that this was not the deal and I would be forced to file the complaint. I then recieved a call from a manager I think who had informed me that they never make those guarantees and Zade no longer works there. He said they do not teach their staff to pull those tactics. As someone who has made the mistake to be a car salesman before, trust me they do use these tactics. It worked too because we stopped looking for another car for those months. I told him I would have no choice then and would continue with the complaint. Do not trust these people, run away! More
