great salesman and finance manager, but the general manager went in to look at buying a tacoma, just had a terrible experience from toyota on the trail. The salesman was very nice and friendly and so was the fi went in to look at buying a tacoma, just had a terrible experience from toyota on the trail. The salesman was very nice and friendly and so was the finance man he introduced me too. I told them my budget and they informed me they had a regular customer who leases a new truck every couple years and was going to be bringing his back for a new one. They said they could hold the truck with no committment to buy if they had a $1000 fully refundable deposit on my credit card. I gave them my credit card and a couple weeks later when they called for me to come look at the truck, l informed them that l bought another vehicle. Again the salesman was polite and congratulated me and informed me that they will be refunding my $1000 deposit. After a couple more weeks l noticed the refund was not put through on my credit card. I called Toyota and after having to call back 2x because they couldn't transfer me to the right person. I finally got to speak with the branch manager, i tried to explain my situation and he was rude and belittling saying something like," do you always just give your credit card out to strangers." I told him just to fix my problem and let me know when it was done. He never did call back , but my credit card was refunded within 2 days. These people only care about making their money, they will talk nice to your face til they cash your cheque then your just another statistic for them. I will never ever deal with any toyota dealer again. More
