Purchase a new vehicle. We purchased a 2020 Corolla from Jordan the bow tie guy Gill. Jordan was very knowledgeable for the product that would suit our needs. One thing that made the transaction very easy was they gave us top dollar for our older Toyota. The deal was 90% over the phone which was very quick and painless. One thing that disappointed our experience is that we drove in from Saskatchewan five days after the deal to pick up the car, after we drove away from the dealer we noticed that the passenger side head light has glue or silicone in the lens cover which looks bad. I think that should of been noticed durning detailing before we picked up the car. They will replace the cover except we don't live in Sherwood Park area. So will have to have repaired next time there. I would recommend this dealership to purchase your next vehicle. Daryl More

Had a truly terrible experience here. I'm from out of town, so I did most of the purchase over the phone. When I showed up to sign the paperwork, the price was more than $5000 than we had agreeded upon. town, so I did most of the purchase over the phone. The finance manager tried to charge me for every possible accessory, and I had to argue with him for over an hour just to get the actual price. He tried to convince me it was taxes, where he was very clearly trying to rip me off. Once the vehicle was delivered they didn't even include the owners manual with the vehicle. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I had a service appointment on my truck today morning at 9: 45 in the morning . But the staff was very disappointing. My 2019 Toyota Tundra truck having a problem for the air condition. So I decided to bring it to the dealership because my truck still in warranty for less than a year, an I had an extended warranty too. I'm driving from Breton Alberta to Sherwood park . So after 20 minutes Mr Landon Lavalle Service advisor inform about a rock hit on my AC condenser and he is waiting for diagnose final report. The problem me an my family waiting in service Lounge from 10:00 am to 2:15 PM but no one will inform me. That my car just already parked at the parking lot. An not yet fix because is not covered in warranty. The service advisor never let me know about my truck just already in the parking lot for how many hours. Good thing I decided to checked at the service station . But I seen my car just already at the parking lot. When I asked the other service advisor then she told me about that my truck not yet fix. Because not included in warranty. So I was really upset about that. Even though if not included in warranty, He should be inform me about the situation instead of waiting for nothing. Mr Landon told me the service takes 2 hours only so I told him I'm ok to wait for 2 hours. But 4 hours for nothing too ridiculous experience. My wife should have an appointment for her cancer doctor at 2: 30 we missed because of what happened... More
