Lack of professionalism or care for their customers If there had been a zero rating for this dealership I would I have offered that as 1 star feels too high. My partner and I had just moved to the area and were in need of a vehicle. My husband went on his own the first day and really liked a particular vehicle so I went in to check it out with him. I noticed immediately the lack of care, excitement and attention that the salesman offered him. The salesman appeared to be caring less about what would happen and almost as if it was a bother to be dealing with us. I found this very off putting but continued on. My husband decided that this was the one for him and we proceeded to the top floor to do the financing. The tone from the woman we dealt with amazed me. She was condescending at times, acted as if they were the ones doing us a favor, would interrupt us when we asked questions and acted as if the questions or concerns we had were minimal and trivial. In the end the dealership promised that a part of the deal would be that winter tires would also be a part of it as they were supposed to be on the car but the original owner had not brought them in yet. They promised us that we would have them within the week. We walked out of there with a huge purchase and feeling pretty terrible, this should have been an exciting moment and we were so confused and surprised by the lack of professionalism. That all took place in October of 2019. We are now in February of 2020. February. With repeated calls, texts and emails and still no tires and still zero consideration for their customers we are without tires. During those moments when my husband would reach out to them around this the people involved were not apologizing or working hard but trying to justify why it was taking this long. If I could have done anything differently it would have been encouraging my husband to never give them his money or time in the first place. So Toyota this leads me a question I should not have to being asking months later. What will you be doing to make this right? And when are we getting those tires promised to us from 4 months ago? To anyone reading this, this was my first review I have ever given anything in my 34 years. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this dealership, you deserve much better. More
