This was my first time coming here and I was greeted by probably the nicest salesman I’ve ever had, Jordan Gill. Super great guy with tons of knowledge and willingness to serve in whatever capacity. Warning*** Toyota has issues with their head units and it was admitted by the service manager - It's going to cost you thousands of dollars!! Bought a 4 Runner about a year ago and the head unit went, no was admitted by the service manager - It's going to cost you thousands of dollars!! Bought a 4 Runner about a year ago and the head unit went, no radio, navigation, apps, etc. When I spoke to the service manager David Hennessey he said and I quote "it happens all the time". He went on to further explain that there was nothing that they could do because the warranty was 3 years OR 60K Kms, our 4 Runner bought was about a year ago and has ~51K Kms. He reached out to Toyota Canada and said that he thought that they would help, especially considering the low Km's. Well after more than a week of waiting I was told there was nothing they could do and it was going to be ~$2100. So they know they have a faulty component yet won't stand by the product. Such a frustrating experience!!! Turns out that I'm not the only one either, a friend bought a brand new Rav4 and same thing happened and they said it was going to be $3500 for her model and she even had the extended warranty!!!! Check it out and search "Toyota Head Unit Issues" and see all the people having issues with these units. Don't buy from here, you've been warned!!! I had hoped that I was dealing with an honest a reputable dealership but apparently not. In my business we would have jumped to make things right and keep a happy and loyal customer but from my experience these guys do not operate this way. More

Thank you again Sherwood park Toyota for providing a Salesperson like Gurpreet and a sales manger Like JO. Originally went last week for the regular service of my 4 Runner and i met Gurpreet at cafeter Salesperson like Gurpreet and a sales manger Like JO. Originally went last week for the regular service of my 4 Runner and i met Gurpreet at cafeteria there. I randomly ask him a questions about a family car which i want to buy in December this year. He provides me all the information with tons of benefits which i need for my new car. And i changed my mind to buy a car right now. Mr. JO helps to trade my 4 runner with new sienna and make it success in a very professional way. Because of their warm and nicely treatment services i brought 2 cars today ( sienna 2020 and Rav4 2020). And i am so happy to have these cars under my expectations and budget. Again Finance manger Mr. Karan singh and Ilahi helps me a lot as usual. On the other hand, i had bad experience with , Mr. jalal (finance manager) He was very rude and unprofessional with me and my brother especially and give us a hard time during financing procedure. But Thank you Mr. Karan singh and Ilahi for solving his stupidity. Highly Recommended this Dealership:) More

Great Salesman Don't know much about dealership other than a young salesman Tyler greeted me at the door when I arrived and it was the best thing that happen to me. I got Professional and courteous help and all round great service and his knowledge of the SUV that I wanted to purchase. Made my day of purchasing a new RAV4 from them was outstanding. Awesome Experience Jo, Doug and Karan Originally went in for a service on wife's Toyota 2019 Rav 4 Trail , as we waited looked around and the Toyota T86 caught my eye. Jo arranged for me too take a test drive in an automatic T86 with Doug. Doug was very knowledgeable about the car. Came back in and the wife was looking at the silver manual T86 and said the silver looked better. With a few modifications (which were great suggestions) we bought the Silver T86. Never felt pressured into anything very well explained prior too meeting Karan Singh (Finance) when he took over he explained everything very clearly and it was a breeze. All in all Jo, Doug and Karan are a knowledge and efficient team from point A to Z.....as well Doug make sure your ready for that ice cream :) Can't seem too find Doug's name but defiantly will give him 5 stars as well More

Purchase a new vehicle. We purchased a 2020 Corolla from Jordan the bow tie guy Gill. Jordan was very knowledgeable for the product that would suit our needs. One thing that We purchased a 2020 Corolla from Jordan the bow tie guy Gill. Jordan was very knowledgeable for the product that would suit our needs. One thing that made the transaction very easy was they gave us top dollar for our older Toyota. The deal was 90% over the phone which was very quick and painless. One thing that disappointed our experience is that we drove in from Saskatchewan five days after the deal to pick up the car, after we drove away from the dealer we noticed that the passenger side head light has glue or silicone in the lens cover which looks bad. I think that should of been noticed durning detailing before we picked up the car. They will replace the cover except we don't live in Sherwood Park area. So will have to have repaired next time there. I would recommend this dealership to purchase your next vehicle. Daryl More

Had a truly terrible experience here. I'm from out of town, so I did most of the purchase over the phone. When I showed up to sign the paperwork, the price was more than $5000 than we had agreeded upon. town, so I did most of the purchase over the phone. The finance manager tried to charge me for every possible accessory, and I had to argue with him for over an hour just to get the actual price. He tried to convince me it was taxes, where he was very clearly trying to rip me off. Once the vehicle was delivered they didn't even include the owners manual with the vehicle. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. More
