Seemed like great service until the purchase was complete. Since then very poor service. No one gets back to me regarding mats I have been waiting for. I have called and emailed numerous times. All 3 times I dropped my vehicle off, car was never washed when they asked. Service takes all day when other places take 1-2 hours. I wouldn't recommend this place. The dealership I would rate overall a 5 but a couple employees ruin it for you. We had a couple concerns about the GPS that the service representative could not rectify but your employees inside the sho employees ruin it for you.
