Hi everyone, I’m posting this to share my experience and hopefully prevent someone else from going through the same situation. Everything was fine for about two years, but after he was laid off, I contacted the dealership to ask about refinancing options. After that, things became very concerning. The dealership sent me multiple new bills of sale, all with different information and signatures. I was told the vehicle had somehow been “resold” to me, and that the total cost had increased by about $14,000 compared to the original agreement. The problem is: • Neither my son nor I signed any new documents • The paperwork I received includes signatures and initials that I do not recognize as mine or my son’s • Some of the documents appear incomplete, with missing dates, odometer readings, and required signatures I filed a dispute with CIBC, but after several months of investigation, I was told the documents were considered valid and that I am responsible for the loan. Since then, I have: • Opened an active case with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police • Filed a complaint with the Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council • Reported the situation to the Better Business Bureau This situation has caused me significant financial stress and emotional strain. I am not making accusations here, but I do want to encourage others to carefully review any documents they receive, especially when refinancing or making changes to a loan. More

We just had our Palisade for its first maintenance service as well as a couple of recalls and winter tires removed and the summer tires installed. AVOID this place like the plague! ! These guys sold us a lemon and will not fix anything on our purchase. WORST customer service ever. We were passed off from manager to manager becaus ! I went in for service today with my 2025 Tucson. Quick check in with the Service Advisor. I brought my laptop so I was able to do some work in the waiting area.
