What I saw while I waited was totally disgusting: - No signs at entrances to the show room requiring face coverings. - Staff not wearing masks in work areas, walking through public areas, and sitting at desks - Staff not wearing masks properly (not covering nose or below chin) - Sales staff meeting in show room with no masks, some staff have masks pulled below chins, most, including leader, do not have any mask at all - No corrective action by workers or leaders, indicating top-to-bottom culture of non-compliance, I sensed a culture that actually discouraged compliance - When I challenged one employee his response was "Oh, I just left it at my desk". Didn't do anything until I continued to engage, then finally asked the receptionist if she had a mask. - I felt unsafe here, and so instead of waiting I called my wife to come pick me up. In a blizzard. - If this is the way you deal with a public health emergency, with clear rules in place for workplace behaviour, how can you be trusted to properly service a vehicle? Obviously don't care about public, it appears things haven't changed very much since we stopped dealing with this location in 2010. We were considering changing where we do our service and we're in the market for a new vehicle to replace our Sante Fe - this dealership will not be in the conversation. More
