The best experience ever I was on the hunt for a new vehicle. Was Looking for a fuel efficient vehicle when I was told by a friend to go see Bob at Sherwood Park Hyundai. I asked for Bob and Josh was the first person I talked to and he promptly got Bon for me. He introduced himself asked me if I wanted a coffee and proceeded to ask me questions about my vehicle needs. I told him I was looking for a comfortable fu efficient vehicle and Bod told me about the Sonata Hybrid. He then proceeded to grab a license plate and said " let's go for a ride". I loved it. We discusses numbers, he saved me a lot of money and I purchased the vehicle within an hour. Quick, painless and the best experience I have ever had. Alberto, my salesman, worked with his managers to find the vehicle I wanted in the exact trim and color I was hoping for - it turned out being the last one in Alberta! My vehicle was brought to the dealership from elsewhere in Alberta and arrived within a couple of days. The day I came to pick it up, I was introduced a service advisor who booked me in for my first service visit and explained the expected maintenance. Since purchasing, I've brought it in for its first two services and have had a great experience with the service staff so far. I was in and out within an hour and a half, which is nice because nobody wants to spend their afternoon off waiting for an oil change... Overall, I'm very happy with the friendliness, professionalism, and respectfulness I've experienced at this dealership. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sherwood Park Hyundai to my friends or family. Oh, and I LOVE MY CAR! More

I figured I wouldn't be able to get help until a blonde short gentlemen came up to me and ask if I needed assistance. He introduced himself as the dealer principal his name is bob. I asked to see a Santa Fe he helped me over to grab a coffee well he personally pulled the vehicle up himSelf. He spent 10 minutes walking me through the whole Vehicle describing everything in detail Even things I had no knowledge on modern vehicles. Shortly after he handed me off to one of his sales associates Niguel. We filled out some stuff went out on a test drive. I came back and was waiting for the catch because the service I figured was to good to be true talk About you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. We went over numbers and they went through the Msrp pricing explained the winter package and explained The costs of everything. It all made sense to me and not only good service But saved me a couple thousand dollars. The finance office did the same thing and I was given all there Contacts if I ever had any questions in future to call at anytime. First off let me say wow.
