Pure manipulation, borderline abuse to clientele. GM - Ryan. Sales person- Daniel. Walked into this dealership with the intention of getting a good feel for options available in the used-inventor GM - Ryan. Sales person- Daniel. Walked into this dealership with the intention of getting a good feel for options available in the used-inventory- was extremely clear with both the sales man and the GM that i would not be the client that walks in an makes a 24-hour decision. Of course, the pressure was immediate and relentless. Financial discussions felt deliberately unclear, numbers shifted, and straightforward questions never received straightforward answers. The most alarming behaviour came from the general manager, Ryan, who repeatedly reacted with visible frustration/anger and statements like, “I thought we had a deal!!!” — when no deal had been even close to finalized. It was clearly an attempt to create guilt and obligation where none existed. The level of pressure, emotional tactics, and dismissiveness I experienced was unacceptable. Never mind the constant tricks they try to pull with numbers. As the GM, this behaviour was completely unacceptable. I hope their calls are recorded, as i’m sure this will not be acceptable in any eyes. He is particularly rude to women. If you value transparency, patience, and basic respect during a major purchase, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere More

The purchase process itself went very well. Communication was strong, negotiations were fair, and everything felt smooth and professional while the sale was being finalized. Unfortunately, t Communication was strong, negotiations were fair, and everything felt smooth and professional while the sale was being finalized. Unfortunately, the experience after the purchase was not nearly as positive. They make appointments but , were never ready for the appointment, was always left sitting for up to an hour waiting. When we took delivery of our new vehicle, there was damage to the back corner. The dealership agreed to have it repaired at a body shop, which we appreciated. However, after 5 days, when we were called to pick it up, the repair was very poorly done and not acceptable for a new vehicle. It had to be returned and kept for another five days to be repaired properly. We were provided with a loaner vehicle during that time, which was extremely helpful for our busy family, and we are grateful for that. What was most disappointing was the noticeable change in attitude after the sale was completed. It felt like the level of service and care shifted significantly. Instead of feeling supported while their mistake was being corrected, we were made to feel like we were being difficult for expecting the brand new vehicle to be properly repaired. To add to the frustration, we were later accused of causing a crack in the windshield of the loaner vehicle — damage that clearly did not occur while it was in our possession. If damage was a concern they should have done a walk around before we took it into our possession. Overall, the pre-sale experience was positive, but the post-sale service and accountability did not meet expectations. Lack of communication amongst staff and departments. I was happy to get my new vehicle back, but felt like more of a burden than a celebration of purchasing a brand new vehicle. More
