I refused this add-on and they included them in the price, which was great. But once I had the vehicle checked out at a local tire shop after delivery, the tires were proven to not be new at all, weird to see weather cracks on brand new tires……. I have attempted to contact the salesperson, sales manager, and dealership manager but no one will return my calls or messages. More

They treated me so badly Sales rep named Albin said they can offer me 51000$ for the car which I purchased for 68300$ . So 17300$ of Loss in less than 2 weeks is a big red flag. I got ripped off from them and worst sales rep ever. He took my financial situation as a positive point and told me that we will offer you this less amount. So customers or helping customers is not their goal abusing customers and treating them like stupid people and try to scam them is their motto.
