I received a call from Hyundai Canada regarding a recall on my 2010 Santa Fe. An appointment was made for me at Sherwood Park Hyundai for the following morning. The service advisor, Colton greeted me in a on my 2010 Santa Fe. An appointment was made for me at Sherwood Park Hyundai for the following morning. The service advisor, Colton greeted me in a very friendly manner and was very knowledgeable and professional in responding to my questions regarding the recall. As promised, he telephoned me as soon as my vehicle was done. The driver who took me home and picked me up, was also friendly and professional, as was the salesman Kris with whom I spoke with when I waited for my ride. Most notable, was the Covid precautions being taken by the dealership. Hand sanitizers everywhere, employees all wore masks and the courtesy car was sanitized after each trip. Thank you SP Hyundai!
