Had my vehicle serviced today Chance in the service department was my representative. He was very professional and polite and went over what he would be servicing my vehicle for today. Everytime my vehicle goes in for warranty work it Comes out with more issues then when it went in ….. my vehicle went in for usb port that pushed into the console and I was advised when it was ready that i out with more issues then when it went in ….. my vehicle went in for usb port that pushed into the console and I was advised when it was ready that it apprently had a oil pan gasket leak at only 60k for. 2021 they claim to have fixed it yet I’m constantly loosing oil everywhere now and not only do I have to inconvenience myself on gas and time for the second time this week I’m left without a vehicle again !!!! Avoid the hassle don’t by a Hyundai they are garbage vehicles More
The service department still doesn’t have it right. When a person drops off their vehicle first thing in the morning for a recall notice , it would be expected to get an update before the days end. We called and were told the service department was closed. The next day nearing the end of the day we had to call again. to get an update. Our vehicle was apparently done. When asked when it was completed she indicated it was just finished The girl fielding calls ( assumed we had dropped it off the same morning) and said the service tech was going to call us and that they would do this if it was done or needed another day. When we informed her it was already day 2, instead of acknowledging the error she tried to backpedal Too bad, we bought our first car here and after dealing with the service department we went elsewhere to buy our next hyundai. My brother bought his last one from you, Looks like we will be going elsewhere for the next one as well. More
