After yesterday, I am disappointed in this dealerships/service department. I had my bf take my vehiclefor an oil change that was scheduled for 2:45 and he didn’t leave until 4:30. There was no dealerships/service department. I had my bf take my vehiclefor an oil change that was scheduled for 2:45 and he didn’t leave until 4:30. There was no discount or deal offered for wasting his time that was needed to run other errands. I have taken my vehicle here since October and they never once told me or wrote down that a bulb was burnt out (even though they supposedly check all the lights) and recently we noticed one was burnt out and wanted it changed. The cost was outrageous so we opted out (more than the oil change itself). It’s safe to say I’ll be going to other places for oil changes now. Best of luck to your dealership. More

Bought a Tucson from them in 2016, had a relatively good sales experience. Unhappy with the service department though, they put conventional oil in my suv one time after I had already switched to synthetic. sales experience. Also found a different time that the oil filter was so tight that we had to put a screwdriver through it to get it off. Filters should only be hand tight. My parents bought a Kona from the same dealer last year, and used me as a referral. Referral cheque never showed up, and by the time I realized and contacted them they claimed that their old files are locked away in a vault and they have no way to access them at this time, so they can't check. Told me to call them back in a month, didn't take my number or say that they would dig into it as soon as they could, leaving me to do all the work. More

I bought a 2019 Tucson in November but wasn’t happy with it because it lacked a lot of the options I wanted but was all I could afford at the time. Sherwood Park Hyundai allowed me to easily trade in my ‘19 Tucson and upgrade to a 2020 Ultimate with all the options while still staying within my budget. I don’t like going to dealerships because I always feel like I’m going to get ripped off, but they were fully transparent and explained everything in detail to me. They all went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and understood everything. They also gave me great advice that I felt was genuine and not about “the bottom line”. Other dealerships offered me “lower prices” or “matched” the price to get me in the door but then didn’t disclose all the hidden fees until we were doing paperwork. Not cool. I would definitely recommend Sherwood Park Hyundai to any of my friends/family. More
