Next Wade came into the appointment and helped with all the financial paper work and transfer of registration. Poor communication during process and vehicle only came with one fob which I asked from the beginning if there was 2 with the vehicle. Poor customer service. The whole process of the buying experience seemed rushed and not heated towards taking the time to be transparent with the customer. Test drive route was short, time looking over the car was rushed. Then off to finance to push more added ons to drive up the price. The Vehicle pick up was triple booked, rude and unhelpful. The one thing we asked them to take care of ( the brake rotors were very rusty.) was half xxx fixed. Would not go back or recommend. More
