Purchased new 2015 Titan pro4x constant issues Purchased a 2015 Nissan Titan Pro4x in October 2015. The truck has had nothing but issues. It is now waiting to have its fourth rear differential axle Purchased a 2015 Nissan Titan Pro4x in October 2015. The truck has had nothing but issues. It is now waiting to have its fourth rear differential axle assembly installed on the vehicle at 52000 km of highway use. The axle is on emergency back order and has been for over a month with no arrival date in sight. Their suggestion was to trade the truck in on a new Titan taking on more debt so they can then push this dangerous vehicle on some one else. I would suggest you run as far and fast as you can away from Nissan. Nissan Canada's customer service has been zero help. They will do nothing to help you when they sell you a lemon. More

Great experience!! I found a vehicle I wanted to know more about online so I called Sherwood Nissan to talk to someone about it. I spoke to Angela and she was going to I found a vehicle I wanted to know more about online so I called Sherwood Nissan to talk to someone about it. I spoke to Angela and she was going to look into my questions about the vehicle as she herself hadn’t seen the vehicle and I had some very specific requirements that needed to be checked into. She actually had another sales rep take a video of the vehicle so some of my questions could be answered by that. After reviewing the video I called to set up a time to come and see the vehicle. Angela was busy with another customer so James called me back right away so I didn’t have to wait to hear back from Angela. We set up a time for the following morning to come in and see the vehicle I inquired about plus they found another similar vehicle that they thought I might be interested in. When we got there the following morning both vehicles we were going to look at were running and warm for us. To make this story a little shorter we ended up buying the vehicle that I had originally called about and the couple little issues there were were corrected immediately. The negotiations went easy and we all were happy with the end results. But my story doesn’t end there. After we left the dealership to go to the bank to get a certified check our Nissan car all of a sudden would not start outside of the bank. I called Angela and she sent someone over immediately to help us out. He decided our car needed to go into their service bay to be looked at so he gave us a ride back to the dealership and then proceeded to go and tow our car back to their service bays. Angela then arranged for a loaner vehicle for us so my husband and I could go to registries and also get a bite to eat. Shortly after we got back to the dealership our new vehicle was ready to go and our car had been diagnosed and a part ordered. Everyone we dealt with at Sherwood Nissan was fantastic and Angela went above and beyond to make our experience very enjoyable one. I highly recommend this dealership if you are searching for a new or a new-to-you Nissan. More

Say no to this dealership I bought a used Infiniti QX56 from Sherwood Nissan. The entire experience was very unprofessional and second rate. The culture from management and all the way down to the sales person and financing was similar to a small town used car dealership. I've purchased multiple vehicles from various dealerships throughout the Edmonton area and this is by far the worst experience I've had. Without getting into deals, I felt like I was getting scammed from the time I talked to the sales manager about my trade-in (horribly undervalued my vehicle) to the negotiations with the finance representative. I would avoid this dealership and shop elsewhere. More

Use to be a great dealership there pretty good at getting you in the door and selling a vehicle. I show up sales rep pushes me off as he is dealing with another client, I am ok with this for the time being as the sales rep said he would only be 10 min. 45 min later I finally get the delivery paper signed off, but not before I transfer plates and take unit for test ride to ensure the issues were taken care of. Making sure the two way cellular starter was installed, the dent repaired and steering issues fixed. ( they were completed) with the exception of the starter.. its just a generic two way started not what I was told would be installed. 2) upon driving home I notice the nav system is not up to date, I message sales rep and get the response to go to the Nissan website and get the up date. To my surprise I have to pay for this update, Being a 2017 unit this should of been already up to date as my 2015 that I traded in showed the route in question. Contacted rep again, was going to look into it. ( still unresolved ) 3) Two weeks after the purchase I notice that a withdrawl from my account had tried to come out from the previous sale contract on my trade, glad I put a stop payment in place, I was advised by the finance office when I was signing the new contract that the old one would be paid out in 2 to 3 days. Contacted sales rep was told the finance team would call me.. ( still waiting for the mysterious call to happen) 4) Have purchased from here before with no issues, somewhere along the line the ball was dropped or the vision of the dealership has changed. More
