Sherwood Nissan

Owned a Murano for 2.5 years. Replaced transmission twice. Took 1 month for parts and that did not fix the problem. First fix lasted 4 hours. They are clueless on how to diagnose problems since the twice. Took 1 month for parts and that did not fix the problem. First fix lasted 4 hours. They are clueless on how to diagnose problems since the problem kept occuring. Would never own another Nissan and would never deal with this dealership again. To top it off, the last time we took the car in we were told it would be ready Friday. At 4:30 I called to inquire about the status of the car I was told all the service people were gone for the day because it was the beginning of a long weekend. Thus I was out my car for a long weekend even though I was told it would be ready. They did not have the courtesy to call. Then the final thing to happen was they lost my key so I had to wait an extra 45 minutes while they reprogrammed all of my keys. I traded in my car 3 days after and the new vehicle I purchased was not a Nissan. Good bye Sherwood Park Nissan. I hope to let everyone know about their incompetence. More
