I bought new nissan rogue from sherwood nissan , and I regret every day , this dealership is not honest, I thought I was buying brand new suv , after test drive when we made purchase they told me to get regret every day , this dealership is not honest, I thought I was buying brand new suv , after test drive when we made purchase they told me to get insurance and register plate , when I went to pick up the car I found it that suv had over 122 km on , they are lyer and i upgrade package to do ceramic coating on suv , but they do realy cheap job and hide all scratches, after I took suv many times they were agreed to redo it ceramic again , then when I booked the apartment, I got called saying no that is not in contract only every 2 years reapply ceramic coating , dontvtrust this dealership , their service is sucks, I had keep going to dealership, we are not satisfied with their service entire management and dealers not being honest on anything needs to dealt with them I will not buy a car or suv from there and I clearly not recommend to anyone buying anything from this dealership More

They sold us a defective truck. How this place has more than 2 stars is amazing to me. We told them within the same month it wasnt working - the AC and heat only worked in some ve How this place has more than 2 stars is amazing to me. We told them within the same month it wasnt working - the AC and heat only worked in some vents- they took it in to said they cant fix it. Had us take it to the Toyota shop. They used our extended warranty without our permission and after they assured us they didnt use it. The parts is up to a year for heat or AC to work in our new truck. which after taking it in, doesn't work at all. They offered us a lesser truck and for us to take a 8,000 loss and not refund us on the Extended warranty they used without permission. This alone was a 5,600 investment, just used up now for a problem they had, and we are sure they knew about before we purchased. No heat in Alberta is a problem. We have kids and not only that- how do you defrost your window? Do not buy here- They do not stand behind what they sell. We are using AMVIC at this point to try and force them to do the right thing. And before they reply stating to talk to a GM - we did. Andrew told us to take his offer or he could "be a dick and force us to wait on the part". His words. This was in MAY! We purchased in MAY! we told them about it in MAY! Its so much money to trust in people like this. Do not trust buying here. More

Took my car to get fixed. Charged me over $700 for diagnostics told me it was going to cost over $5000 to fix. Took it to local mechanic and cost under $1000.
