Third purchase from Kia Sherwood and couldn’t be more thrilled with my 2023 Kia Sportage. Amin is super patient with my questions and concerns and goes the extra mile to explain the options and details. We also received top dollar for our trade in every time which makes it so much easier to take the leap and purchase a new car. Service dept. made a mistake that could have killed us. Refused to help and called us liars. Even with proof of the mistake. They install a tire incorrectly and it bulged out on the sidewall. Great experience! Bought a 2021 Kia Rio as surprise graduation gift for granddaughter. The sales guy Juju and the dealership went above and beyond to help with the surprise.
