My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Ritchie (sales consultant) at Sherwood Honda, he really took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for. We perused and test drove multiple vehicles from all around the Edmonton Area. Overall, Sherwood Honda was by far the friendliest and most helpful dealership that we visited. When we were shopping for vehicles, it was extremely cold (-30), they had the vehicle ready for us right on time and warmed up in their heated bay. They took all of the necessary COVID precautions to protect us and still helped answer any and all questions that we had. Once we were confident in our vehicle selection, the excellence continued while doing business with Sherwood Honda. Ritchie and Hoang were professional, respectful and understanding. At no point did the pressure of the sale ever increase, nor did we ever feel trapped. Even after we signed everything the exceptional customer service continued with every team member we interacted with; the finance department (Indy and Courtney), the part department, service department, the delivery team (Dave) and reception. The communication between the various dealership departments was excellent, at no time was I left trying to explain what a previous employee promised. We are tremendously happy with out new vehicle and the entire experience with the entire Sherwood Honda team. The really took the time to get to know us, found us a great deal and made sure everything promised was delivered. My wife and I would both highly recommend Sherwood Honda to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
I have dealt with SHerwood Park Honda for over 8 years. They have done all of the service work on my Ridgeline and our daughter also bought a 2014 Honda Civic. The staff are professional, courteous and we are treated more like family, rather than customers. As far as service, my advisor Jon Mills is very knowledgeable and attentive to my budget, while ensuring we are driving a safe vehicle. A recent experience with a battery problem was handled by Carolyn the Service Manager. I cannot say enough good things about the dealership. A family run business that goes the extra mile to meet the needs of their customers, be it sales, parts or service. More
One of the worst buying experiences I’ve had so far. Peter Gandhi needs to understand when customers say no. I don’t understand the business practice of not wanting to make a sale at the end of November (when everyone isn’t really able to afford a car due to Christmas shopping/COVID). This dealership must not like money. Oh, and my girlfriend was a previous customer to this dealership before, so we weren’t treated any better for our loyalty. Avoid this dealership. We went to Alberta Honda instead and sealed the deal there. More

Bought my Vehicle I had been trying to sell my car privately. I brought the vehicle to the dealership, they had a quick look to confirm the vehicle was as I had represented, which it was, and they handed me my payment. Fast, friendly and very convenient. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had been working with Cody all HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had been working with Cody all week to purchase a vehicle, we had just about closed on one and I was about to send the depo HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I had been working with Cody all week to purchase a vehicle, we had just about closed on one and I was about to send the deposit. One of the other salesperson went and sold it on us. We had then found another vehicle, a Honda HRV, I put a deposit on it, under the impression that the vehicle was in "fantastic shape" the day I closed on the vehicle and nade the deposit, Cody wasnt there and I was talking with a supervisor named Michael who also gave me the impression that the vehicle was in great shape. Knowing I was making a 10 hour trip to purchase a vehicle, I got to the dealership to find that the vehicle was not in the shape they had told me it was in. The first thing we noticed was that the button for the hatch was not working, then we noticed there were scratches all over the hatch below the window. Upon getting in the vehicle, we find a large hole in the floor of the passenger side. The roof of the vehicle was also extremely stained and muddy. Upon test driving it, we found the navigation was glitchy and not properly working as well as the sport mode would not allow us to shift gears. We came back to the dealership to ask about these concerns and Cody played innocent acting like he hadnt seen these problems before. Pretty hard to miss a large hole and stained roof. We went into the office and sat at a desk and told them I wasnt going to pay that much for a vehicle after driving for so long to find it not in the shape I was told it was in. Cody went and got his manager Merv who came over and belittled us. He acted in a rude and unprofessional way telling us he thought Michael was crazy for giving me the car for the price we agreed on. He told me "I dont understand why you would come all this way and decline the car for a few cosmetic issues" for 1 not all the issues were cosmetic and 2 I made a 10 hour trip to find a trashed vehicle. It was supposed to have auto start installrd and have been detailed so I was able to take it home that day. Neither of those were done and had I bought the vehicle they wouldn't have been done. While I was getting my deposit back, Merv stopped the person I was with outside saying that they had no problems not selling me the vehicle because they were going to sell it so quickly. They were all very unprofessional and incredibly rude. More
